If your physician has communicated to you a diagnosis of asbestosis, interstitial fibrosis, mesothelioma, or other asbestos-related disease or condition, the statute of limitations for asbestos claims is usually 1-3 years. This is why it is so important to get in touch with an experienced attorney who specializes in asbestos cases and can help patients and their families gain compensation for asbestos exposure as soon as a diagnosis is confirmed.

Everyone who served on the USS Fergus (APA-82) inhaled the asbestos fibers and is at risk for developing lung disease
